What we are
Triple D runs out of Homedale. Three owners, 54 years of excavation and site work between them, and the relationships in this valley that come from being in it that long.
Compaction in lifts. Bedding under pipe. Grade that gets shot instead of eyeballed. None of it shows up in a photo. It shows up three years on, when the trench line hasn't settled and the crawlspace is still dry.
We're registered with the state and carry general liability and workers' comp. Ask for a certificate naming your entity and you'll have it before we mobilize. GCs shouldn't have to chase that paperwork.
How we work
- You deal with an owner. No dispatcher, no account manager, nothing relayed between an office and the field.
- Changes get priced before we do them. If the field doesn't match the plan you hear about it that day, with a number attached.
- We turn down work that isn't a fit. Wrong size, wrong license, wrong machine. You'll hear that from us early.
- We walk the finished grade with you before the machine leaves the site.
On site
How a job runs
We mobilize with our own equipment and call in locates before anything breaks ground. Backfill goes in lifts and gets compacted, pipe gets bedded, and grade gets shot rather than eyeballed.
If the field doesn't match the plan, you hear about it the same day with a number attached, before we do the work. When we pull off, we walk the finished grade with you.
